Started on 11.11.2000 by Alex Künzle, this brewery has enjoyed a constant and sound growth to reach about 5000 hectoliters nowadays. The beers were for some time bottled and partially brewed at Felsenau until 2015 and the building of a new 30 hl brewhouse including bottling. Öufi produces 5 core beers of german obedience and mainly displays its creativity and knowledge with additional 30+ yearly one-shots. Brews also the Amboss Weizen and some beers from Brau Rebel under contract. The brewpub is opened daily except on Sunday. Has 5 employees.
