courtesy of Julien Brändli - hazy reddish-amber beer under a huge pale beige foam; nice lace; ginger and honey hit first, subtle and well-integrated woody Bourbon-like notes, citrusy and red fruity tones; full-bodied and with a fair carbonation, lively, tasty and fairly bitter; very long and sharp gingery, Bourbon-like finish with lingering notes of elderflowers, lime and vanilla - an amazing and bold beer offering a wide taste explosion; may not work with everyone but it does with me
