re-rated May 2015; from Apothibières -cloudy dark orange beer with a moderate foam left; apparent notes of coriander and orange peels, notes of tangerines; medium-bodied, highly carbonated, juicy palate, pretty yeasty and with long notes of coriander, some sour tartness, peachy and orange-ish; quite dry finish - clearly much better than the last time

from Apothibières - fully cloudy lactic-orange beer with no head retention; very animal nose (wet dog, guinea pig), notes of coriander and mist; medium-bodied; subtle but solid carbonation; sweet and with a tart acidity; quite dry spicy finish with reminiscence of hay and sweat - not suitable for human consumption (2/2/5/2/3 - October 2014)
