courtesy of Andreas Walliser - hazy amber-brown beer with a long lasting beige foam; notes of caramel, some spicy hoppiness, ripe red fruits underneath; smooth palate, medium-bodied, some sweetness; pretty aromatic finish with more notes of caramel, earthy malts and light spicy tones - subtle and pleasant; could easily qualify as an Irish Ale

2011/10; courtesy of Andreas Walliser; 5% - pours a cloudy ruby-brown beer under a long lasting creamy beige foam; aroma of banana and cream with hints of caramel in the background; creamy palate and medium-bodied, pretty sweet, rounded and with some residual sugars in the finish; notes of red fruits, caramel and flowers in the aftertaste - a nice one (4/7/6/3/14)
