courtesy of Julien Sarrasin - light gusher at the opening ... very very foamy; a dark bordeaux-brown beer appears under a huge long lasting creamy beige foam; a nice lacework; a fair aroma of banana, cream and cloves; a subtle but fair carbonation leaves a quite velvety palate, medium-bodied, some initial sweetness before a tart acidic spiciness; long notes of cloves in the finish, the banana tones stay this time in the background along with some welcomed hint of chocolate - lot of character and pretty well-made but maybe a bit too heavy
