courtesy of Allen - dark black colour with a solid dark beige foam; roasted coffeeish aroma with notes of vanilla; effervescent and with a medium malt backbone, some sourness and a dry coffeeish aftertaste with more light sourish notes and undefined spices - a very interesting beer with a bit unusual profile
