from Schatt Getränke, Maur - pale and translucide golden colour with a little white foam; strong aroma of paper and wet carton; soft and watery palate with a late tartness; moderate but sharp bitterness, moderately dry papery and slightly herbal finish - nothing tragical except the aroma but why making contract with a german brewer? There are swiss brewers able to brew low alcohol beers much better than this one. And this would made the sentence on the label "encourage the beer tradition in Zürich" less ridiculous.
