courtesy of Laurent Mousson - fully cloudy blond-orange colour with a firm and long lasting white foam; fair aroma of orange peels, cinnamon and a touch of dust; very subtle carbonation and a robust sweetness, quite thick, very tasty and paradoxically quite velvety; lot of residual sugars and very fruity finish (oranges dominate) with lingering spicy notes and a warming alcohol touch (hard to believe this beer is only 6,8%; I would have said 9 to 10%) - a very good and unusual swiss beer
