bottled; from Solothurner Biertage 2009 - cloudy dark golden-blond colour with a solid, firm and persistent white foam; beautiful lace on the sides of the glass; solid corny aroma, dusty; shows some spicy notes (I canít put a name on it) which make a quite fresh impression; moderate malt backbone, quite effervescent and lively palate; some tartness partially coming from the grain used but also from a light acidic touch; the finish is slightly dry and fizzy with more corny notes - original and very interesting; refreshing and very well-made: another great work from Stephen
