Comment:
courtesy of Luc Delacoste - cloudy dark red-amber beer under a persistent creamy beige foam; light bready and yeasty in the front and with a fair fruity and spicy hoppiness, some notes of caramel and marzipan; full-bodied, lively and very tasty, the bitterness makes feel itself more than the 30 IBU announced; gently sourish, creamy palate and a long spicy hoppy finish where spicy notes clearly dominate the fruits; some more caramel, lemongrass and a lingering warming sharpness - really impressive
