SoBiTa 2015 - dark amber-bronze beer under a solid foamy white head; nice lacework; fair hoppy aroma of red fruits and melon; hints of cream; a good malt backbone, lively, moderate carbonation; fairly bitter and long hoppy finish of red berries and melon; quite dry and assertive - beautiful stuff !
