draught@brewpub; re-rated - totally different appearance now: quite clear pale blond with a moderate foam left; aroma of corainder and cardamom, light citrusy and with hints of banana; a solid carbonation and a moderate malt backbone; quite dry and long citrusy, grapefruity and light spicy finish

draught@brewpub - pours an awful fully cloudy copper-lactic beer with a creamy and firm beige foam (frankly, it’s hard to have a worst appearence); yeasty nose with notes mof cardamom and citrus below; solid carbonation, medium-bodied, a fair tart earthines; decently dry and with long insisting yeasty notes in a finish where grapefruity notes are a bit more present - clearly diminished by a lazy filtration (1/6/6/3/12)
