courtesy of Ueli Schläpfer - hazy brown beer with a little beige foam left; solidly malty and nutty biscuity aroma, light notes of candy sugar and of ripe banana; full-bodied and pretty sweet; earthy finish with notes of melon and nuts; light residual sweetness; shows spicy tones while getting warmer - complex and pretty good
