from Moeder Lambic Fontainas - hazy dark blond-orange beer with a modest head retention; juicy and light spicy with hints of pears and apples; resinous hoppiness; some sweetness and quite a good malt body; light residual sweetness; some flowery/fruity hoppiness, hints of caramel and marzipan - an interesting beer with many layers but a bit too sweet for my liking
