from Erzbierschof - pale and cloudy yellow beer under a firm and long lasting white head; the smokyness comes first followed by fair sourish lactic notes; hints of hay; sourish and juicy palate with a solid carbonation; very dry and fruity finish where the sourness this time dominates the smoke - very interesting
