from Erzbierschof - cloudy dark orange beer under a long lasting creamy beige foam; beautiful lacework; aroma of barnyard, cheese and hay; medium- to full-bodied, some acidity, very dry; long fizzy and fruity, dusty and cheesy finish - superb although it’s not quite zomer yet
