draught@erzbierschof - clear dark reddish-brown beer under a little long lasting foam; fair yet not overwhelming aroma of raspberries; notes of cheese, herbs and vinegar; quite full-bodied and pretty sourish and a bit salty; juicy palate; very dry and long dusty aftertaste of raspberries and barnyard with lingering sourish notes - very pleasant
