from Amstein - clear golden beer with a persistent white foam; estery aroma with citric notes and hints of cream and pear; a subtle but solid carbonation and a solid malt backbone, slightly sticky, some sweetness before a solid bitterness; very long fruity hoppy finish where notes of citrus and pineapple dominate - very good beer
