from Erzbierschof - cloudy blond beer with a solid bright white foam left; nice lacework; slightly yeasty with fair notes of pear, grapefruit and pineapple; full-bodied and fairly carbonated; slightly sticky and with a fair bitterness; lively palate, robust carbonation; fizzy and yeasty fruity finish with lot of residual sweetness - very triple-like
