courtesy of toni Flükiger - pours a cloudy dark brown beer under a creamy and persistent beige foam; superb lacework; yeasty aroma with notes of malt and banana; hints of cloves and butter; rounded palate and with a good malt backbone; sweet and velvety, moderate carbonation, low bitterness and with some earthy and sourish tartness; slightly dry and with a long malty spicy and earthy finish - pretty interesting
