from Bier-Bienne - dark black beer with a persistent dark beige foam; nice lacework; fairly roasted aroma of nuts, vanilla and chocolate; full-bodied and with some sweetness, moderate carbonation; some residual sweetness and long notes of licorice, chocolate and roasted malts - very nice
