from Erzbierschof.ch - black beer, opaque and with a solid persistent creamy beige foam; nice lacework; roasted chocolatey aroma with notes of whisky; strong presence of blackcurrants and raspberries; velvety palate and quite sticky, full-bodied and a low carbonaion; a late but strong bitterness followed by long lasting notes of whisky, wood and raspberries as well as warming alcohol presence - voluptuous and deeply interesting
