from erzbierschof.ch - cloudy dark ruby-brown beer with a little beige foam left; fairly toasted biscuity maltiness with light notes of dark cherries; fizzy and medium-bodied, quite sweet and with a late moderate bitterness; light notes of chocolate, toffee and cookie in the aftertaste - very good
