from erzbierschof.ch - hazy dark reddish-amber beer with a little persistent beige foam; very malty aroma with notes of strawberries and caramel; full-bodied, some sweetness toped by a fair bitterness; very tasty; long bitter herbal and red fruity finish - very nice
