Comment:
under the name Cistercienne Bruna (same recipe): bright dark ruby-brown colour with a dense creamy head, nice lacing, strong spicy aroma (nutmeg?), earthy, notes of alcohol, sweet with a very creamy mouthfeel, the finish is slightly dry, quite bitter and salty with a touch of chocolate - a very interesting dubbel !
