courtesy from fiulijn - cloudy reddish-brown colour with a little beige foam left; woody and sourish nose with solid notes of cherries and apples; full-bodied and very sour, a solid carbonation, quite dry and a very long and robustly sourish fruity and vinegar-like finish with light notes of vanilla and wood - superb!
