Comment:

draught at the Brassin Public 2009 and bottled - it pours a cloudy dark orange colour with a long lasting pale beige foam; solid fruity hoppiness showing notes of mango and dried apricots; medium to full malt body; the saltiness comes soon and lasts for a long time on the tongue, meeting a late and fair bitterness and walking together in a long fruity finisH; subtle but robust carbonation; tasty palate; very long salty and bitter hoppy finish - an amazing and successful marriage between hops and salts: Jérôme is performing magic again!
