Comment:

courtesy of Mario Muther and Max Herger - pours a hazy reddish-brown colour under a little persistent beige foam which is leaving a correct lacing; some subtles notes of caramel and pepper come through a rather shy aroma; gently earthy; very soft and mild palate with a moderate carbonation; medium-bodied; a bit sweer and with no botterness; caramelish aftertaste with a touch of licorice - nicely made, this brew is a real caress and, despite its relative high alcohol content, would make a good session beer. And I'm a bit surprised to learn that it is bottom fermented.
