courtesy of fiulijn - pours a fully cloudy lactic-orange colour with a little but persistent white foam; acidic nose, aroma of vinegar, cheese and fruits (tangerines, pineapple and litchi); initially tart and acidic with a moderate malt body, low carbonation and a late creamy palate; the finish is fairly dry with more acidic vinegar and fruity notes - complex and interesting
