Comment:

courtesy of Laurent Mousson; 4,6% yeast: wyeast 1098 - dark black coloured with a little beige foam; grassy aroma with notes of black chocolate, cream and dust; creamy mouthfeel, light to medium-bodied with a late and very tart bitterness; the finish is dry, short and chocolatey
5% version with yeast irish ale 1084 - same appearance; the nose shows light acidic notes; more effervescence (too much) and a bit more sweetness which persists in the finish (4/6/5/3/11)
