Comment:

oak-aged for more than 1 year, limited to 837 bottles - cloudy reddish-brown colour with no foam (just some big bubbles along the side of the glass); the aroma is quite whisky-like, woody with notes of cherries and bilberries, vanilla and a touch of alcohol; slightly oily mouthfeel with a strong initial sweetness which get fairly balanced by some acidity; very long woody, apple and cellar aftertaste where some bitterness appears and which leaves deep warming alcohol notes -better than the 2004 IMO; the 15,5% are not fully apparent while the beer is in your mouth but you feel it long before the end of the bottle ...
