cloudy and very dark ruby-brown colour; little foam; subtle grassy and citrusy aroma, a touch of mocha; sweet and with a high carbonation; very malty, astringent, some sourness, very dynamic malty finish with strong notes of licorice - quite unusual and complex, a beautiful brew
