Comment:

labeled La Craint Degun Ambrée; received from fiulijn, June 2005 - I wonder what the name of this beer means ... it has a cloudy dark amber colour with a very little but persistent foam, very deep aroma of brown sugar, orange zest and ginseng with undertones of bread/yeast, the high carbonation is hiding almost completely a respectable malt body, the finish is long and malty with more notes of orange zest, lot of residual sugars, even the overspicing does not succeed in hiding something unpleasant, and hard to define, which achieves of making this beer chaotic and hard to drink
