notes are for the final experimental batch - brewed using whisky yeast (Johnny Walker); hazy red-amber colour, giant creamy head, yeast, caramel and red fruits, very high carbonation, effervescent, very bitter and dry, very astringent, long fruity and strongly alcoholic finish - thanks to Laurent Mousson for sharing this one
