ruby-brown colour, the initial foam quickly disappears, deep and very complex nose of prune, licorice, alcohol and spices (ginger, ?), full-bodied, robust bitterness and a long alcohol, malty and fruity finish - thanks to fiulijn for this beautiful brew !
