draught@Erzbierschof - quite clear very dark brown beer under a solid long lasting beige foam; solid aroma of molasses, figs and oranges peels; pretty sweet, medium-bodied, some sourness, moderate carbonation, residual sugars and a long aftertaste where the notes of oranges and candy sugars dominate; lingering notes of coffee,marzipan and molasses
