draught@Erzbierschof - quite clear dark blond beer under a solid long lasting white foam, nice lace; resinous hoppiness with notes of pears and quinces; thin-bodied, solid but subtle carbonation; quite bitter; short and dry fruity hoppy finish of quinces and pines
