from Erzbierschof - pours a golden beer with a little long lasting white head; the aroma is funky and cheesy with notes of dried fruits and straw; a good malt backbone, lively and tasty palate with some sweetness and a fait sourness; long funky, sourish and fruity finish - beautiful !
