from Bier-Bienne; 6.9% - blond beer, clear yet with some particles floating within; no head retention; fresh fruity hoppiness of citrus and berries, notes of coriander; full-bodied, subtle carbonation and light chewy; fairly bitter, fresh and quite dry fizzy yellow fruity finish with lingering notes of coriander - works quite well for me
